We Are Hiring! KW Integrity Career Fair

Have you been looking for an amazing opportunity to put your administrative skills to the test?

Are you an AGENT who would love to take advantage of the leads and systems a TEAM can provide?


When: Feb 25TH from 10am – 2pm

Where: KW Integrity’s award-winning offices at 2148 Carling Ave Units 5&6

Why:  Come get a tour of the office, attend some great HR related training and meet and greet all the hiring teams and primes within the Market Center.

Training Schedule:

10 am: Infomation session on RECO’s new Real Estate Salesperson Education / Licensing Program

Who: All registrants, aspiring registrants and members of the broader real estate community are invited to participate.

What: The webinar will feature:

  • Information about the program’s structure
  • Course details
  • Guest speakers from Humber College and NIIT Canada
  • Opportunities to ask questions


11am: Why you want to work here! – KW Integrity Realty Information Session

Who: All registrants, and aspiring registrants interested in learning the benefits of working at KW Integrity.

What: An interactive session that will review KWIntegrity’s:

  • Opportunity Map
  • Training and Coaching
  • Workplace Culture
  • Technology
  • Compensation structure
  • Opportunities to ask questions


12:30 pm: Are you Talent? – What KW Integrity’s Hiring Primes are looking for in their candidates.

Who: All candidates who are interested in either administrative or licensed positions within the Market Center.

What: Presented by Andrew Ouellette, KW Integrity’s Team Leader, this session will focus on how KW identifies ‘Talent’ and how applicants can be successful in their job interviews.  This session will discuss the Keller Williams Personality Assessment (KPA), KW interview process, and the KW onboarding process so that applicants have the inside track on the selection process.
