I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all the assistance I received completing my first real estate transaction.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for encouraging me to write and send out a letter of introduction to everyone in my circle of influence.  It worked!  As a Broker of Record, I realize that you are pulled in many different directions. I felt that you were always accessible and I appreciate all the time you spent working with me to make sure my letter of introduction was just right!

As you know, I ended up in deep water quickly.   My first client was a savvy real estate investor and my first offer went to competition.    If it were not for all the assistance I received from Anne Scharf I would not have been able to close this deal!  I don’t believe that I had fewer than fifty points of contact with Anne between all the meetings, phone calls and emails. She has a calming presence in the office and always seemed to know when I needed a phone call or a meeting to keep on track.  She made herself available at all hours of the night and returned each email and phone call promptly. No wonder she is such a great Realtor!

It is also worth mentioning, that the training I have been receiving has given me a lot of confidence dealing with prospective clients. You have put together a phenomenal team and a phenomenal training program.  With Ignite, Performance Coaching, Productivity Coaching and Bold, all the tools I require to grow my business are placed in front of me.
